Welcome to Your Local Arborist (YLA). By using our services or visiting our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services
YLA provides professional arborist services including tree removal, tree lopping, stump grinding, land clearing, and related services across New South Wales.
2. Quotes and Payment
- All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- Final pricing may vary if conditions differ from the initial inspection.
- Payment terms are strictly within 7 days of completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may incur additional fees.
3. Cancellations
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.
- Jobs cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a call-out fee.
4. Safety and Site Access
- The customer is responsible for providing safe access to the worksite.
- YLA reserves the right to postpone or cancel work due to unsafe conditions.
- Children and pets must be kept clear of the work area during operations.
5. Damage and Liability
- While all care is taken, YLA will not be held liable for damage to underground services unless their locations have been disclosed in advance.
- YLA is fully insured with $20 million public liability cover.
